摘    要:总结了当前配电自动化中馈线自动化的控制模式,在比较调度自动化、变电站综合自动化技术特点的基础上,提出了具有柔性控制特征的分层分布式馈线自动化控制模式。该方案将配电自动化的紧急控制功能相对独立,并尽可能下放到馈线层的配电终端中实现,以一条馈线为对象实现馈线的故障识别、故障隔离及负荷转移,同时保留配电子站、配电主站层的馈线紧急控制功能,并作为远后备。这种控制模式可提高配电自动化系统的可靠性,当配电主站、配电子站或主站到子站的通信系统失去功能时仍可实现馈线的故障处理,从而使配电自动化系统具有更好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:The feeder automation control mode of distribution automation is summarized. Based on the analysis of power dispatching automation and substation automation, a flexible distributed control mode with multi-level is proposed. In this scheme, the emergent control function of distribution automation is independent and realized as much as possible in the feeder terminal units (FTUs) which can isolate a fault and restore power themselves. Feeder automation can also be carried out in the sub-control center and the control center, while they are the back-up function of FTUs. The reliability of this mode is perfect since it doesn't lose function even if the control center or the sub-control center or the communication between them is destroyed. In particular, the feeder automation with the new control scheme will have better robustness.
