摘    要:热倒母线操作时存在隔离刀闸不可靠拉合的安全隐患,为了解决现有防误操作方法在实际应用中判据整定困难、实现难度大的问题,文中建立热倒操作时各间隔的等值模型。对3种极端情况下的运行方式,分别计算隔离刀闸可靠和不可靠拉合时隔离刀闸电流、母联电流变化量的极限值,得到基于母联零序电流变化量的隔离刀闸合闸可靠性判断方法及相应的通用判据阈值。现场运行的实际数据验证了该方法的有效性,并给出了该方法在现场应用的操作步骤。

Abstract:In bus switching operation, there is a potential safety problem where switch is unreliably pulled on. In order to solve the problems of vague setting criteria and achieving difficulty in present anti-maloperation method, an equivalent model for bus bays in switching operation is established. The limit values of switching current and bus coupler current are calculated when isolation switches reliably and unreliably operate in three extreme operation situations, respectively. A judgment method of closing reliability for isolation switch based on the variation of the bus coupler zero-sequence current and corresponding general criterion threshold are obtained. The proposed method is verified with the simulation and computation based on practical operation data, and operation steps of the proposed method applied in the practical situation are illustrated as well.
