摘    要:分布式电源的位置和容量对配电网有重要影响。文中提出一种配电网扩展规划中进行分布式电源选址和定容的方法,应用遗传算法优化分布式电源的位置和容量。对遗传过程中生成的每个分布式电源位置和容量方案个体,考虑了分布式电源对配电网潮流和线路负载能力的影响,运用基于支路交换的模拟退火算法规划扩展网络,对分布式电源和网络的综合规划结果进行经济性评估以衡量个体方案的优劣。实际算例表明,文中方法能得到较合理的分布式电源位置和容量方案。

Abstract:The site and size of distributed generation (DG) have a great impact on the distribution network. A method for the siting and sizing of DG in the distribution network expansion planning is developed to optimize the site and size of DG with the genetic algorithm. By taking into account the influence of DG on the power flow of the distribution network and line load-ability, the method applies the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm based on branch exchange to the network expansion planning and then uses the result of the integrated planning for DG and network to evaluate the cost of individual DG's site and size solution. An actual example indicates that the fairly rational solutions can be obtained with the method.
