| 摘 要： | 对于低压减载配置，国内至今还没有一个统一的标准、配置原则和配置方法。文中在参考国内外现有低压减载措施配置经验及其他研究成果的基础上，结合国内电网的特点和国家电网公司对电网安全的要求，提出了低压减载措施配置的基本原则和配置流程。该原则和流程主要针对分散型低压减载措施，强调低压减载配置应采用全时域仿真分析的方法，对不同的电网制定不同的符合自身特点的配置方案。最后，以重庆电网为例给出了相应的低压减载推荐方案。
