| 摘 要： | 对国内、外电压稳定研究的现状做了概述，内容涉及到电压稳定研究的必要性、工业界的需要、模型与仿真、不稳定机理、防范措施和解析工具等，其中特别突出了对于与电压稳定性相关的安全性评估中的计算机方法和实时方面的问题。力求使读者掌握关于电压稳定研究的总体框架，并使一些重要概念清晰化。进而在此基础上指明了一些有待研究的方向，特别是紧密围绕工程需要的研究方向。

| Abstract: | A briefsum m arization on voltage stability studies both in China and in the w orld isgiven in this paper. The m ain topics m entioned here are about m odeling and sim ulation, m echanism s, preventive m easures, analytical tools of voltage instability/collapse and especially on com puter m ethods in voltage security assessm ent. It gives an overall fram ew ork of voltage stability studiesand triesto clearsom e im portantconcepts. Based on thisfram ew ork som e aspectsofvoltage stability study to w hich people should pay m uch attention, are indicated w ith em phasis on the studies related to industry needs.
