摘    要:对电力市场下自动发电控制(AGC)机组的调配问题进行研究发现,现有利用整数规划的方法是基于机组AGC调节容量不变这一条件,因此所得到的结果可能不是最优解。提出了计及机组AGC调节容量变化的数学模型,对利用遗传算法求解这一非线性混合整数规划问题进行了探索。实际系统的算例表明,利用遗传算法可以克服现有利用整数规划方法所存在的问题。文中还对遗传算法参数的选取与调整进行了讨论。

Abstract:Many methods have been proposed for automatic generation control (AGC) service dispatch. In most of these methods the integer programming (IP) is used to select the generators to perform AGC service. In others, the simple method, such as merit-order or sequential method, are used. Research in this paper shows that in the IP-based method it is assumed that the regulating capacity of the AGC generators are constant. Under this assumption it is likely that the solution is not the optimal one. A mathematical model which can take the variation of AGC regulating capacity into consideration is proposed. It is suitable to solve this nonlinear mixed integer-programming problem by genetic algorithm. The method is used in a realistic system. Results show that using genetic algorithm can get around the difficulty by using IP-based method. The selection and regulation of the parameters in genetic algorithm are also discussed.
