摘    要:将微分进化(DE)算法引入到变电站选址规划优化问题中,并运用参数动态调整策略,在计算初期保证群体的多样性,后期加快算法的寻优速度,从而改善DE算法的性能。在配电网络变电站选址定容过程中,考虑地理信息系统(GIS)对规划站址的影响,将可建站区域图形进行编码处理以数据形式存储,通过判断待选站址和地理因素的网络拓扑关系,确定可行的待选站址。通过对2个算例优化计算表明,以GIS数据库为平台,将该算法和图形问题相结合,在解决实际配电网络变电站规划问题中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The differential evolution(DE)algorithm is introduced to solve the problems of substation location optimization.To improve the capability of the DE algorithm,the parameter dynamic adjustment strategy is adopted to guarantee the multiplicity of colony in the computational initial period and enhance the optimization speed of the algorithm in the later period.Considering the impact of the geographic information system,the graph of the capable area of substation location is encoded and stored in data form,the suitable location area is then selected via a comparison between the network topologies of the optional location areas and geographic information.Through an analysis of two actual examples,it is shown that the idea of combing the DE algorithm with the graphical problem based on the geographic information system(GIS)database has proved successful in distribution network planning.
