| 摘 要： | 大规模风电机组的快速接入严重影响电网安全稳定和风电的接纳能力,在电网结构未有大的改善之前,只有依靠科学合理的调度模式和原则才能保障风电的稳定多发.文中以甘肃电网实际运行情况为例,分析风电送出受限原因,利用具体调度管理实施细则提高上网风电质量,采取最大负荷模式安排日发电计划,通过超短期滚动计划和实时调整,确保了电网安全、节能和"三公"调度.实际应用验证了该模式和原则具有较好的可行性.
