摘    要:按照概率性的N-1准则,采用考虑动态及静态安全风险的输电规划模型,提出“先放松约束,再逐条扩展线路”的优化策略。基于扩展等面积准则(EEAC)稳定性量化理论,评估规划方案的安全风险,根据失稳模式来指导线路的扩展。通过各个优化子问题之间的迭代,克服了多目标优化的困难,同时大大减少了计算量。仿真验证了该模型的合理性和求解方法的有效性。

Abstract:An optimal strategy of relaxing bindings first, then expanding lines one by one is proposed by using a transmission planning model considering both static security risk and dynamic security risk with probabilistic N-1 safety criteria. A global optimization framework is developed to resolve the problems caused by the multi-object mathematical model and remarkably reduces the computational burden. Based on the extended equal area criterion (EEAC), the proposed method can calculate the stability margin and dynamic risks, identify the grid bottleneck, and can provide guidance to the line expansion. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the rationality and validity of the method.
