| 摘 要： | 以电网安全稳定运行及连续可靠供电为约束，以节能、环保、经济、公平为优化目标，设计了节能发电调度的6种基于市场机制与政府宏观调控的经济补偿机制及结算模式。最后，对主要经济补偿机制进行了比较和经济学解释。 |

| Abstract: | Taking the safe and stable operation,continuous and reliable power supply of power grid as restrains,and energy-saving,environmental-protection,economy and equity as optimized goals,6 kinds of economic compensation mechanism and settlement modes considering market mechanism and governmental macro-control are designed.Comparison and economical explanation of the main economic compensation mechanisms are given. |
