| 摘 要： | 智能电网受到国内外的极大关注.以智能电网为代表的新能源经济时代即将到来.作为复杂大系统的智能电网涉及的因素很多,对技术、经济、社会、环境等因素都会产生相互作用和影响.概括了智能电网的主要特征和目标,从经济学的视角对中国智能电网的规划和建设进行了思考,主要从智能电网的成本效益分析、智能电网的技术创新、技术转移与技术能力建设、智能电网的产学研结合、智能电网的效率与电力体制改革、智能电网的演进与设计5个方面对智能电网作了初步分析探讨,以期对智能电网的发展有所借鉴. |
