摘    要:研究了以“距离测量电压”为基础构成的两种距离继电器:方向距离继电器和多相补偿距离继电器。通过分析当保护安装处背后发生单相和两相接地故障时其非故障相元件的动作行为,指出了以距离测量电压为基础构成的距离元件存在的问题。解决的办法有两种:在满足一定条件时用零序功率反方向元件闭锁可能误动的元件;对于微机保护可采取先选相后测量的方法。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies on two kinds of distance relays based on distance measurement voltage. One is the directional distance relay and the other is distance relay with multi-phase compensation. By analyzing the operation characteristics of relay on the non-fault phase when a single-phase-ground fault or a two-phase-ground fault occurs at the opposite direction of the protected zone, some problems of the distance relays based on distance measurement voltage are highlighted. Moreover, two solution methods are pointed out. That is, to lock the mal-operation component using the opposite direction zero-sequence power component, or to select fault phase earlier than to measure the fault distance for the microprocessor-based protection.
