信息电力与FACTS及DFACTS技术

摘    要:信息社会对供电质量提出了新挑战,指出发展FACTS及DFACTS技术是满足信息电力要求的重要途径。在分析我国大区电网互联及其电压稳定、无功补偿问题的基础上,指出发展STATCOM应是我国FACTS技术研究的主要方向,并阐述了STATCOM研究的重点课题。同时指出在DFACTS方面我国应加强系统化研究,主要内容包括:电能质量问题对不同用户影响的试验研究、电能质量监测和评估技术、综合补偿技术及系统化设计等。

Abstract:Power supply quality is facing new challenges in the information age. It is proposed that FACTS and DFACTStechnologies are important approaches to meet the emerging requirements on power quality. Based on the overview of thelarge power system inter-connection and associated voltage stability and reactive power compensation topics, it is pointed outthat STATCOM should be the main aspect of FACTS researches in China. Key topics on STATCOM study are alsodiscussed. It is stressed that systematic research on DFACTS is necessary in China. the main contents include experimentalstudy on effects of power quality on various customers. monitoring and evaluation on power quality, comprehensivecompensation technology and systematic design.
