摘    要:阐明了测距式行波距离保护的特点,对测距式行波距离保护的动作性能进行了全面的分析讨论。就其核心部分-故障测距元件的构成、定时器控制量的选择、方向行波到达时刻的判定以及测量精度的考虑进行了全面的分析,指出了在实现距离测量元件、距离保护I段和Ⅱ段中具体的技术关键,提出了有效的对策,为进一步研制测距式行波距离保护装置提供了理论和技术依据。

Abstract:The features and basic requirements of travelling wave- based distance protection with fault location TVDPFL are presented first,then the operating performance of TVDPFL is discussed.The core com ponents,including fault location com ponent,time controller,arriving time of directional travelling waves and fault location precision,are analyzed in detail. The key technical problems,existing in implementation of the measuring distance element,Zone and Zone of TVDPFL, are carefully studied,and the corresponding effective counterm easures have been put forword.All these techniques m ake it possible to research and develop the TVDPFL device.
