| 摘 要： | 将多媒体技术、基于TCP／IP的网络技术与变电站自动化技术相结合，提出一种新型的变电站多媒体自动化系统的设计思路，以实现变电站与主站之间的多媒体信息的数字化传输。文中阐述了新型变电站多媒体自动化系统的结构、功能，分析了变电站多媒体自动化系统建设过程中的2个主要技术问题：摄像设备选择和信息远程传输。提出了采用多媒体RTU，以实现现有变电站自动化系统增加多媒体信息采集与传输功能。

| Abstract: | By combining multim edia technology and TCP/ IP based network technology with the substation autom ation,a new idea of substation multim edia automation system is proposed to realize digitized transm ission of m ultimedia information between master station and substation. The architecture and functions of the new substation multim edia automation system are explained.Two m ain technical problems about the system are analyzed,that is,camera selection and teletransm ission of the inform ation. A scheme for adding the function of multimedia information acquisition and transm ission to the existing substation autom ation system by adopting the multimedia RTU is also proposed. |
