摘    要:行波波速的不确定性往往给行波故障测距带来较大误差.目前消除波速影响的单、双端行波故障测距方法中,常存在折反射后的行波衰减至不可测量的问题,此情况下该方法将失效或存在很大误差.在行波故障测距原理基础上,提出了一种新型的不受波速影响的输电线路三端故障测距方法,检测故障行波渡头到达故障线路本端、对端以及相邻线路对端共3个母线测量点的时刻,由这3个时间参数得到的故障距离表达式中消除了波速的影响和线路弧垂造成的误差.仿真结果表明,该方法定位精度高且简单、可靠.

Abstract:The uncertainty of wave speed causes error to the fault locating results based on traveling waves.The current fault locating methods that can avoid wave speed are based on single or double terminal traveling waves.However refraction or reflection may cause the traveling waves decay to immeasurable degree.In this case,the method is not valid or causing great errors.Based on the travel wave locating theory,a new method dispensable of wave speed and transmission line radian is presented.By measuring the different times when the initial traveling wave surge arrives at the reference bus,the opposite bus of the fault line and the opposite bus of the vicinal line,the influence of wave speed and radian of transmission lines is eliminated since the fault distance is function of the three time parameters only.Simulation results show that the method is simple,reliable and precise.
