配电网过电压在线监测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了用于10kV配电网大气过电压和内过电压在线监测系统的设计与实现,分析了用于过电压信号采集的阻容分压器的性能和数据采集、波形分析软件、保护措施等关键技术。通过现场监测的结果分析表明,论文方法取得了较满意的效果,为电力系统的事故分析提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The design and realization of an on-line monitoring system for over-voltage including lighting impulse over-voltage and inner over-voltage of a 10 kV distribution network are described. The performance of the resistance-capacitor voltage divider for over-voltage signal acquisition is analyzed as are the coaxial line, the trigger, the signal processing, the data acquisition and its control and waveform analysis software in the system. The monitoring results show that the system is satisfactory in providing scientific support for fault analysis of power systems.
