摘    要:双重化继电保护配置是220kV及以上输电网的基本要求,对电力系统安全可靠运行有着极其关键的作用。文中针对由两套主保护及远近后备保护所组成的双重化继电保护系统,建立了4种工况下的双重化继电保护系统的五状态空间模型。在五状态空间模型的基础上,根据马尔可夫状态空间的分析原理,构造了其状态转移矩阵,确定了其正确切除故障概率和失效率与系统故障率及不同状态之间维修率的关系。以某电网为实例进行了计算,计算结果充分说明了双重化继电保护配置的重要性和关键作用。

Abstract:The dual-redundant relay protection system is a basic configuration requirement in 220 kV and above transmission networks, which plays a key role in secure and reliable operation of power systems. This paper presents a five-state space model of the dual-redundant relay protection systems operating in four working conditions for relay protection systems composed of two main protection systems, a far backup protection system and a local backup protection system. On the basis of the five-state space model, a state transfer matrix is developed to determine the relationship between the fault removal probability, the failure rate and the fault probability, the maintenance rate between different working states in accordance with the analytical principles of Markov state space. Finally, an actual transmission network is taken as a case in point to show the importance and crucial role of the dual-redundant relay protection system.
