摘    要:用电信息采集系统是建设智能电网的重要内容。介绍了用电信息采集系统的组成结构,分析了国内外用电信息采集系统的建设现状及应用需求,研究了用电信息采集系统通信技术及主站应用、智能费控、用电信息安全防护等关键技术,重点论述了通信网接入、信息共享与融合、海量数据处理与分析应用、移动作业、基于三网融合的采集技术、智能用电双向交互技术等用电信息采集系统未来的发展方向。

Abstract:The power consumption information collection system is an important part of building the smart grid. The composition structure of power consumption information collection system is described and its construction status and application needs at home and abroad are analyzed. The communication technology and key techniques of master station, smart prepaid control, information security protection are researched. In particular, the future development trend of the power consumption information collection system is elaborated, such as communication network access, information sharing and fusion, massive data processing and analysis application, mobile operation, triple network and smart bidirectional interaction technology.
