摘    要:为适应东北电网新的调度体制,开发了联络线关口调度实时监控系统。介绍了系统的设计原则及组成。讨论了坏数据的辨识及修正、联络线计划的插值、区域控制偏差的计算等主要算法。

Abstract:With the deregulation of power industry,power plants become the main players in power m arket,and they are facing different choices of supply m arketplaces.U nder this new m arket environment,it becomes necessary for power plants to bid in many kinds of marketplaces and decide properly the generation capacity in each bid,with its purpose either to obtain more benefit or to decrease risks.From the bidding point of view,this paper explores power plants'bidding strategy for multi- m arketplaces via its m athem atical model that is supposed to m inimize risks and guarantee plant's revenue.The conclusion obtained from this paper is useful for power plants to a certain degree when deciding its bidding generation capacity in each marketplace.
