不平衡供电条件下多脉动整流器的谐波特性分析

摘    要:为明确非理想供电情况下多脉动整流器的谐波产生特性,研究了6脉波、12脉波整流电路在不平衡供电条件下的频域谐波耦合导纳矩阵模型.考虑晶闸管换相过程及不平衡电压对晶闸管开通和关断时刻的影响,分析了供电不平衡时直流侧谐波电压的特征以及不平衡电压分量对直流电压波动的影响;采用附加谐波耦合导纳矩阵,建立了考虑不平衡电压的三相6脉波整流器的谐波耦合模型,模型可拓展应用至任意脉波整流器在不平衡供电电压下的谐波分析;修正了整流电路电流断续情况下的模型,提升了模型通用性.仿真分析与实验测量验证了所提模型的准确性和有效性.

Abstract:In order to clarify the harmonic generation characteristics of multi-pulse rectifiers under the non-ideal power supply condition, this paper studies the frequency-domain harmonic coupling admittance matrix model for the 6-pulse and 12-pulse rectifiers under the unbalanced power supply condition. Considering the commutation process and the influence of unbalanced voltage on the turn-on and turn-off time of the thyristor, the harmonic voltage characteristics on the DC side under the unbalanced power supply condition and the influence of unbalanced voltage component on the DC voltage fluctuation are analyzed. An additional harmonic coupling admittance matrix is used to establish the harmonic coupling model for the three-phase 6-pulse rectifier considering the unbalanced voltage. Furthermore, the model can be extended to the harmonic analysis of any other rectifier with the unbalanced power supply voltage. The model is modified in the discontinuous current operation state of rectifier circuit to further improve the model generality. The simulation analysis and the experiment measurement verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed model.
