摘    要:超导储能(SMES)是解决瞬时电压跌落问题的一种很有前途的方案。由于SMES自身的特点,基于SMES的瞬时电压跌落补偿装置在主电路结构、参数设计、补偿原理和控制方法上均不同于传统的动态电压恢复器。为了保护一个110kVA的重要负载不受瞬时电压跌落的危害,一套基于SMES的瞬时电压跌落补偿系统正在开发中。该系统主要由0.3MJ超导线圈、200kVA绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)电流型变流器和2.5mH移相电抗器组成。文中通过理论分析和仿真计算介绍了系统主电路的工作原理及参数设计。为实现瞬时控制和获得更高的响应速度,采用了直接电流脉宽调制(PWM)开关策略。开环仿真结果表明,系统可以满足瞬时电压跌落的补偿要求。

Abstract:Superconducting magnet energy storage (SMES) is a promising solution for the voltage sag problem. Due to the characteristics of SMES itself, the SMES-based voltage sag compensator is different from the conventional dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) such as the main circuit, the parameter designs, the principles and the control strategies. To protect a critical load from momentary voltage sags, a SMES-based voltage sag compensator is currently being developed. This system consists of a 0.3 MJ superconducting magnet, a 200 kVA IGBT-based current source converter and a 2.5 mH reactor inserted between power supply and load. Based on the theory analysis, calculation and simulation, this paper presents the principles and the parameter designs of the main circuit. To obtain a rapid response, the current vector PWM strategy is applied. The simulation results indicate that the system meets the demand of voltage sag compensation.
