摘    要:现有的能量管理系统(EMS)中已经存有当前电网的很多数据,可以加以利用.为此,设计并开发了一套基于EMS的规划分析系统.该系统采用IEC 61970标准,建立了一套基于多视图的图模一体化支撑平台,提供了方便、实用的分析工具.应用该系统可以充分利用在线运行的EMS的电网模型、数据和图形,方便地扩展出预想规划态电网模型,实现安全和经济等校核与分析功能.阐述了基于EMS的电网规划分析系统的体系结构、支持平台、应用功能以及需要解决的关键问题,并介绍了该系统在深圳供电局的实际应用情况.

Abstract:The transmission network data stored in the energy management system (EMS) can be utilized. A transmission network planning analysis system based on EMS is proposed, which provides a multi-graphic views support platform of integration of graph, model and database based on IEC 61970 standards. In this system, a planning transmission network model based on the network model, dynamic graphic and database of on-line EMS can be expanded easily, and the function of security verification and economic analysis are also implemented fully and practically for planning network. The system architecture, main functions, support platform and some key techniques are described in detail. The system proposed has been put into real practice in Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau and proved practical.
