摘    要:在分析传统保护局限性的基础上,论述了广域保护提出的背景及其现状,研究了广域保护的性能、功能组成、功能划分和功能结构。以河南省电力公司洛阳供电公司管辖的某220kV局部输电网为基础,提出一种基于数据网的新型广域后备保护系统的硬、软件设计方案,并给出了该方案的意义、原理及保护算法。动模试验和现场试运行的结果验证了该方案的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the limitations of traditional relay protection, the background and current development of wide-area protection is discussed and the characteristics, composition, classification and structure of its functions are studied. Based on a 220 kV transmission power network under the jurisdiction of Luoyang Power Supply Company, a new type of wide-area backup protective system based on the data network is proposed. The hardware and software design of the wide-area backup protective system is described and its significance, basic principle and protection algorithm are given. Dynamic experiments and field trial operations have verified the feasibility and validity of the scheme proposed.
