| 摘 要： | 汇集了近5年国内外在输电开放与输电阻塞管理方面的研究成果，系统总结了输电阻塞管理的两类主要技术——网络运行优化方法和各种交易模式下的输电计划调整模型及算法的新进展与存在问题，并对输电管理中费用分摊、弹性负荷的影响等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A review of the achievements in transmission congestion management over the world in the latest 5 years is presented in the paper. New developments and existent problems of 2 classes of techniques (i.e. the system operation optimization and the transaction plan adjustment) in transmission congestion management are summarized systematically. Some other key issues involved in the congestion management are also discussed. |
