摘    要:针对电气化铁路牵引供电系统的实际情况,讨论了用于变电站自动化系统中的远程视频监控技术。在视频信息的压缩方法上选用自适应能力强的H.263标准,以适应电气化铁路系统恶劣的通信环境。变电站与调度中心采用DDN方式组网通信,并讨论了先进的基于嵌入式Web Server的远程视频监控方法。分析及开发实践表明,该方案能满足变电站自动化系统对视频监控的可靠性和实时性的要求,为进一步实现变电站无人值班打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:Video monitoring technology used in integrated automation system for traction substation is discussed according topractical situation of power supply system of electrified railway. H. 263 standard, as a highly efficient method of videocompression, is chosen to cope with the bad communication condition of electrified railway system. DDN is used to constructthe communication networks between substations and control center. Furthermore, an advanced remote video monitoringmethod based on embedded Web Server and its application are also introduced. It is demonstrated by analysis and experimentthat the need of integrated automation system for good reliability and real--time can be met preferably. As a result, solidfoundation can be laid for unmanned substation.This is a supported Science and Technology Project of Railways Ministry (No. 99J32).
