| 摘 要： | 针对中低压变电站及IEC 61850标准的特点,开发了能够实现全站的保护和控制的集中式保护装置,并设计了集成式数字化变电站系统.阐述了集成式数字化变电站自动化系统的整体结构,讨论了过程层采样方案、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)跳闸方案和集中式保护装置设计方案.对过程层采样的可靠性和GOOSE网跳闸方案的实时性和可靠性进行的检验表明了设计方案能够满足实际工程运行的需求.所设计的集成式数字化变电站自动化系统已应用于实际工程.
