摘    要:为保证新一轮电改的顺利进行,研究新结构下的市场主体间特别是售电公司与其他主体间的利害冲突关系是关键。文中在梳理并搭建了新形势下电力市场结构关系的基础上,采用多代理技术构建了含发电企业、售电公司及市场用户(对比于非市场用户)的市场多主体博弈框架;其次,就各主体特点、相关交易规则及各主体博弈交互关系,设计了以主体收益函数为目标的市场博弈模型;最后,采用强化学习方法对发电企业、售电公司等市场主体在双边合同市场、集中交易市场的买卖电价、电量进行优化求解。仿真结果表明,发电企业和售电公司的市场收益与份额,主要取决于售、购电量在双边合同市场与集中交易市场的合理分解;随着博弈过程深入和市场信息透明化,市场价格与收益将趋于平稳。

Abstract:To ensure the successful execution of the new electricity market reform, it is significant to conduct the research on the interest conflict under the new structure market among different entities especially the exactly conflicting interest between the electricity sales company and some other entities. Based on the proposed relationship establishment of electricity market structure under the new environment, a multi-agent technology is adopted to develop the game framework of multiple market entities including the power generation companies, electricity sales companies, and market end-users(compared with non-market users). Then considering on each entity''s characteristic and transaction rules and the interaction relationship among multiple entities, a market game model with the aim of entity revenue function is designed. Finally, the electricity trading price and electricity quantity of power generation companies and electricity sales companies under the bilateral contract market and the centralized trading market are optimally solved by the reinforcement learning method. Simulation results show that the market profits and share of the power generation companies and the electricity sales companies mainly depend on the rational distribution of the selling and purchasing power in the bilateral contract market and the centralized trading market. With the advance of the game process and the increasing transparency of the market information, the power price and the profit will gradually tend to be stable.
