摘    要:在Dy-Liacco博士所提出的智能机器调度员(AO)概念基础上,结合中国电网调度运行的实际,阐述其基本原理和应用模式。提出并研究了电网精细规则的挖掘技术,即通过主题定义、海量训练样本生成、特征选择和规则生成等步骤自动挖掘出电网精细化的安全运行规则;开发了AO的原型系统,给出了基于集群机的硬件设计和软件模块结构,介绍了软件功能和算法。针对某省级电力系统,对AO原型系统进行了测试和分析,给出了一个精细规则挖掘实例,验证了在线挖掘的可行性和应用效果,得到的精细规则对在线运行方式的适应性更好。

Abstract:Based on the concept of automatic operator(AO)proposed by Dr.Dy-Liacco,the principle and application mode of AO fitted for China are clarified.Technologies for data mining of fine rules for power system operation is presented,i.e.fine rules for power system security can be discovered automatically through several steps of data mining process such as topic definition,extra large amount of training samples generation,feature selection,rule generation,and the like.A prototype system of AO is then developed,and its PC-cluster based hardware configuration and software structure are introduced.Functions and algorithms adopted in the prototype system are presented in details.Finally,performance tests are carried out for a provincial power system and a case of data mining of a fine rule is given,thus verifying the feasibility and efficiency of online data mining.The fine rule discovered is more suitable for power system operation.
