| 摘 要： | 介绍了风险管理的基本理论，比较了确定性分析、概率分析及风险分析方法，综述了电力系统与电力市场中风险管理的研究和应用情况；从传统体制到市场环境之间义利重构的角度，探讨了电力市场稳定性和风险管理的问题；最后提出了计及风险的电力市场稳定量化分析方法。 |

| Abstract: | While a power system changing from monopolistic industry to competitive markets, its stability analysis and risk management become more crucial. In this paper, the essences of risk management are discussed; the stability analyses are compared among deterministic methods, probabilistic methods and risk methods. Applications of risk management in both power systems and electricity markets are reviewed; a risk-based quantitative method is proposed to study electricity market stability. |
