| 摘 要： | 中国海上风电将迎来快速发展,研究其出力特性对海上风电消纳具有重要意义。文中利用实际数据分析与运行模拟相结合的方式,将海上风电的出力特性与陆上风电进行了对比研究。为了对比风电场出力的分布特性,提出了风电场出力分布特征指数的新指标。根据历史出力分析了近岸风电场的随机特性与波动特性;结合测风数据与中长期规划,利用风电场运行模...
