江苏电网消纳大规模风电的电源规划设计

摘    要:风电出力的间歇性向传统的以确定性为主线的电源规划问题提出了挑战。文中应用概率方法和工具研究了江苏省应对千万千瓦级风电基地消纳的电源规划问题,分析了合理电力备用率和最优电源结构,讨论了电源结构优化中风电调峰容量需求的合理参数设定。针对江苏电网的调峰容量供需矛盾,通过多方案对比得到风电、核电和抽水蓄能容量配比灵敏度。最后,...
