电压骤降的可靠性评估新方法

摘    要:随着信息技术和其他高科技产业的迅速发展,电压骤降的影响日趋严重,对供电可靠性提出了新的挑战。文中提出了电力系统电压骤降的概率评估指标体系和算法。算法利用电力系统的可靠性数据,对于每条可能发生故障的线路,考虑保护设备的参数及各种故障类型,以一定的步长对该线路进行逐段分析,得到电压骤停的参数,应用频率与持续时间法求得负荷点和系统的各项指标。算法提供的定量分析结果对于电力部门和用户在规划、运行阶段进行成本/效益的定量投资分析、方案比较以及采取减轻电压骤降危害的措施是十分必要的科学依据。

Abstract:A systematic set of indices for probabilistic assessm ent of critical power system voltage sags,including the custom er- orientated and global system- orientated indices is established.The indices system is concise,yet com plete.The authors also develop a practical approach,nam ed step by step analysis ,and the corresponding software tool for addressing the calculations of these indices.This is a novel analytical method in which conventional short- circuit tools have been associated with failure rates of transm ission line and in advanced probabilistic calculus.The probabilistic prediction methodology allows both the utility and end- users to,objectively and quantitatively assess the im pact of voltage sags on electric systems.It is the first important step in determ ining the correct and economically feasible m itigation m easures.
