摘    要:受端电网的直流接入能力是直流多馈入电网调度运行部门越来越关注的问题。文中从大规模直流接入华东电网后带来的实际问题出发,分析了限制受端电网直流接入能力的主要因素,以此为基础提出了一种考虑多约束的受端电网直流接入能力计算方法。该方法根据典型方式下备选直流落点的短路容量及各直流间的交互作用程度,快速确定新增直流接入落点,进而综合考虑直流多馈入短路比、电网低谷调峰能力、有效直流惯性常数、电压稳定、暂态稳定等多约束条件,计及电网发展变化迭代增加直流接入容量,最终给出电网直流接入能力。在IEEE 39节点系统中验证了所提方法具有可操作性,基于该方法对华东电网开展直流接入能力评估,为提高直流多馈入电网的运行管理水平提出了建议。

Abstract:The DC access capability for multi-infeed high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission system is an important issue that is awakening ever-increasing concern of power companies. Proceeding from the actual problems caused by large-scale multi-infeed HVDC, the main factors limiting the DC access capability are analyzed. Accordingly, a method of solving DC access capability considering such constraints as peaking capability, multi-infeed short circuit ratio, voltage stability, frequency stability and transient stability is proposed, by which the DC access capability assessment in China East Power Grid is worked out. For the main limiting factors, suggestions for improving DC access capability and optimizing the layout of multi-infeed HVDC are made.
