实时电力市场运营模式

摘    要:随着电力市场改革的深入,实时电力市场将成为我国电力市场改革的重要内容,也是保证电网在市场环境下安全运行的关键。文中对实时电力市场运营中的报价、交易、阻塞管理等环节的模型和算法进行了分析和研究。设计了基于容量报价和调整报价两种实时报价方法,给出了将区域电价和实时电价相结合的阻塞管理方法以适应我国未来的多级电力市场模式。据此设计了相应的实时电力市场运营模式,根据该模式设计实现了实时电力市场技术支持系统。

Abstract:The spot market has been an important part of the revolution of the power system in China. It is important to protect the security of power system in the power market environment. In this paper, the model and algorithm of bidding, trading, congestion management in spot market are analyzed and studied. Then the bidding rules based on the capacity and the adjustment of generation are presented, Furthermore,a method of congestion management, combined with the prize zone and the spot price, is introduced to be suited to the multi layer power market in future in China. In view of the above, a spot market operation mode is designed, and a spot market operation system(SMOS) is realized based on this mode.
