摘    要:城市电网规划是一项复杂的系统工程,一项完整的规划工作可能需要数十个步骤。为能更好地完成规划工作,结合关系数据库的特定存储机制和专家系统的规则推理与案例推理方法,开发了基于专家系统的城市电网规划进程智能化控制系统,对规划进程和用户工作状态进行智能化管理,从而显著提高了城市电网规划的效率。

Abstract:Urban power system planning is a multi stage and complex system engineering, which consists of many processes. In this paper, an intelligent process control system is proposed to manage planning processes and project status intelligently, in order that the efficiency of planning can be highly improved. In the proposed approach, the powerful storage capability of relational database and the flexible reasoning ability of expert systems, including rule based reasoning (RBR) and cased based reasoning (CBR), are integrated. Furthermore, it has been successfully applied to the practical urban power system planning together with the computer decision support system termed CNP2.5, which has been now widely used in utilities in China.
