配电自动化实用化关键技术及其进展

摘    要:针对目前国内配电自动化系统的建设情况,具体探讨了其实用化关键技术的开发与应用,提出了配电自动化实用化、功能规范以及系统性能测试的发展建议,通过配电自动化仿真实验室的建设探讨了配电自动化的测试环境.探讨了几个进一步发展的技术方向:智能分布式馈线自动化模式能够更好地适应配电网络运行方式的变化;配电网优化运行决策支持系统为提高供电的经济性、优化运行方式提供一个有效的工具;配电实时信息引擎机制可以为供电企业信息一体化大平台提供支持.

Abstract:The application and development of the key technology in the practicability of distribution automation systems based on the state of the art in China are studied. Suggestions for developing the distribution automation practicability, function specifications and system testing are made for further study. The test environment is discussed with the help of the distribution automation simulation lab. The developing trends of distribution automation are also discussed. It has been found that intelligent distributed feeder automation can well meet the change of the distribution grid operation modes. The optimal operation decision support system will provide an effective tool for economical operation. The real-time information engine mechanism of the distribution grid will support the integration of utility information.
