考虑风力发电随机性的配电网重构

摘    要:针对含风力发电的配电网系统建立风力发电机和负荷随机模型.采用提出的粒子群引导的最小生成树算法对配电网进行重构,引入随机潮流分析风力发电机随机出力对配电网的影响,并以有功损耗期望值和静态不安全概率评价重构方案的优劣,获得合理的重构方案.该重构算法综合了粒子群优化算法和最小生成树算法的优点,避开了粒子群优化算法在优化过程中产生的大量无效解,引导生成树向目标函数最优方向发展.算例仿真结果表明,文中采用的方法不仅可以降低系统有功损耗,而且有效地解决了风力发电随机性对系统稳定性的影响.
