| 摘 要： | 电力市场的改革与建设,给辅助服务机制的制定与发展带来了挑战,在此过程中需要参考借鉴国外辅助服务市场的经验。目前英国独立于能量市场的辅助服务市场机制较符合中国电力市场当前情况。文中重点介绍了英国辅助服务市场中的短期运行备用(STOR)服务的运行与补偿机制,为中国电力辅助服务市场的发展和建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The electricity market reform and construction in China brings challenges to the development of ancillary service mechanism. In this process, the experiences of foreign ancillary markets should be taken as references. At present, the ancillary market in the United Kingdom(UK), which is independent of its energy market, is a valuable reference for Chinese current electricity market. Therefore, this paper focuses on the operation and payment mechanisms of short-term operation reserve(STOR)service, a typical ancillary service in the UK ancillary market, to get inspiration about the development and construction of ancillary market in China. |
