配电自动化数据传输有误对配电系统供电可靠性的影响

摘    要:配电自动化系统可视为一类典型的信息物理系统,其信息环节(包括主站、通信网络以及配电终端单元)是物理配电系统安全可靠供电的重要保证。考虑信息环节数据传输有误影响,旨在提出一种评估配电自动化数据传输有误对配电系统供电可靠性影响的分析方法。首先,以馈线分段联络模型为基础,构建基于供电可靠性指标以及包含故障定位、故障隔离和故障处理恢复环节细分的馈线故障模式后果分析解析模型;随后,引入信息环节数据传输有误影响,提出相应的可靠性指标修正模型,以系统停电时间和系统缺供电量为指标,评估配电自动化传输信息有误对配电系统可靠的影响。最后通过算例验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:Distribution automation system(DAS)can be regarded as a kind of typical cyber-physical system. Its information part(including master station, communication network and feeder terminal unit)is important assurance for the security and reliability of power supply of the physical distribution system. Considering the influence of data transmission errors of imformation part, a method of quantitatively analyzing the influence of data transmission errors of DAS on the power supply reliability of power distribution system is presented. Firstly, an effect analysis model in feeder failure mode is developed, which includes fault location, fault isolation and fault recovery parts based on power supply reliability indices. Then, the correction model of reliability indices is proposed by introducing the influence of the data transmission errors of information part. The influence of distribution automation data transmission errors on reliability of distribution system is evaluated by taking system interruption duration and system energy not supplied as indices. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by the case.
