摘    要:随着热电联产、电锅炉等清洁供热单元的大力推广,配电网与区域热力系统的耦合互动日益紧密。基于不同类型区域能源站的构建,从多能源站协调的角度,考虑分布式可再生能源发电在配电网中渗透率不断提高的趋势及三相不平衡配电网、区域能源站、区域热力网络的运行约束,提出区域电力—热力系统日前经济最优调度策略并研究对风电消纳影响。最后,通过三种不同场景下的测试结果,证明多能源站的协调运行可以充分利用多能源优势互补的特性,提高风电消纳率,有效降低配电网网损及区域能源站运行费用,实现经济性目标。

Abstract:With the promotion of clean heating units such as combined heating and power(CHP)units, electric boilers(EB)and so on, the interaction between electric distribution network(EDN)and the district heating system(DHS)is becoming more and more close. Considering the increasing penetration of distributed renewable energy power generation, an optimal day-ahead dispatch strategy of regional electricity-heating integrated systems with the constraints from the unbalanced three-phase electric distribution network, regional energy stations and the district heating network, is proposed from the perspective of the coordination of multiple energy stations. Furthermore, the benefit of this strategy on wind power accommodation is analyzed. Finally, the results under three different scenarios show that the proposed optimal dispatch strategy can take full advantage of multi-energy complementary, improve the consumption rate of wind power, and effectively reduce the losses in EDN and the operation cost of regional energy stations to achieve economic goals.
