含分布式电源的配电网动态无功优化调度方法

摘    要:提出一种含分布式电源(DG)的配电网动态无功优化调度方法,以解决其中的时空耦合性问题。该方法首先对电网进行静态优化计算,根据电容器投切容量增量大小制订预动作时刻表;然后对电网进行动态分区,根据分区结果以及预动作时刻表,对负荷数据进行相应处理;以系统能量损耗最小为目标,并以投入的电容器补偿量为控制变量进行动态无功优化计算,得到电容器调度方案;最后,对电网中DG的无功出力进行优化,得到含DG的配电网无功调度方案。利用IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真,并与现有方法进行对比,验证了所述方法的合理性和有效性,且降损效果比现有方法更优。

Abstract:This paper proposes an optimization and dispatching method of dynamic reactive power in distribution network with distributed generators (DGs), in order to solve the space-time coupling. Firstly, the optimization of the static power flow is calculated and the pre-action time table is made according to the increment of capacitor switching capacity. Secondly, the dynamic subarea of the distribution network is calculated, and the load data are managed according to the results of the partitioning and the pre-action time table. Then, aiming at the least system energy loss the dynamic reactive power optimization is made in which the capacitor switching capacity is the controlled variable, and the capacitor switching scheme is obtained. Finally, the reactive power generation of the DGs in the grid is optimized, and the related scheme is got. This paper takes the IEEE 33-bus network as an example to simulate, and contrasts with the existing methods to confirm the rationality and effectiveness of this method, and proves that this method makes less energy loss than the existing methods.
