摘    要:图形是电网调度自动化系统的基础,它在不同系统之间的互操作是电网发展的必然要求。 在介绍IEC 61970标准对图形交互要求的基础上,探讨了电网调度自动化系统中基于可缩放矢量 图形(SVG)/公共信息模型(CIM)的图形互操作性,即将SVG与CIM相结合,实现能量管理系统 (EMS)图形文件与SVG文件的动态转换,既提高基于Web的图形发布水平,又便于不同EMS间 图形的导出/导入,展示了SVG技术在电力系统图形交互方面的优势,并在实践中获得应用。

Abstract:Graph system is a basic part in the dispatching automation system of power network and the graph interoperation between different systems is the necessary requirement along with development of power network. On the basis of introducing the demand of IEC 61970 standard to graphics exchange, scalable vector graphics (SVG)/common information model (CIM) is presented to dynamically exchange the graphics between private format of energy management system (EMS) and common SVG format in dispatching automation system. SVG technology can enhance the level of graph release based on Web as well as extend the ability of graph interoperation. The SVG technology has been used in practice with advantages in graphics exchange.
