摘    要:资源和环境的双重压力给电力系统带来了新的挑战.为应对这些挑战,国外研究者提出了智能电网的概念,并已有了初步实践.文中在对国外智能电网实践进行分析、总结的基础上,提出了智能电网的定义,认为是否具有"多指标自趋优运营能力"是智能电网与传统电网的最大区别,而如何使电网具备"多指标自趋优运营能力"则是智能电网研究和实现过程中所要解决的关键问题.
