摘    要:提出一种新型的用于光伏发电的高频逆变电路,该电路适用于小型光伏并网发电系统,由Buck-Boost变换器和电流源高频链逆变器构成。Buck-Boost变换器工作在电感电流断续模式,由它来实现光伏模块的最大功率点跟踪;高频链逆变器对Buck-Boost变换器输出的能量进行逆变,得到与电网电压同步的电流。该电路结构简单、效率高,光伏模块的最大功率点不受负载变化的影响。该方案通过了实验验证。

Abstract:A novel circuit topology for grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system is proposed. The basic circuit consists of a Buck-Boost converter and a current mode high-frequency link inverter. Working in the discontinuous mode of the capacitive/ inductive current, the Buck-Boost converter can realize the maximum power point track (MPPT) of the PV module without loss. The high-frequency link inverter transforms the output power from Buck-Boost converter into AC power, which is compatible with grid connection. The topology proposed is simple and efficient, and the maximum power point is not affected by load change. Experimental results validate the method proposed.
