非并网风电SCADA系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种适用于非并网风电场的数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统。该系统将传统的风电场监控、电网监控和配电站合而为一。系统以传统SCADA为基础,结合非并网监控的特点和需求,实现了对风电场、电网和用电企业的监控及数据传输,并实现了整个非并网风电系统从发电侧到用电侧的一体化监控。文中对整个系统的结构、功能进行了分析研究。

Abstract:An advanced supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system is designed for non-grid-connected wind power plants.The traditional supervisory control system for wind plants,grid monitor and power distribution station are integrated into the SCADA system.The SCADA system,with the integration of the characteristics and requirements of non-grid-connected wind plants,can be used to implement the supervisory control and data transmission among the wind plant,grid and factory.Thus the wind power system can be controlled from the generators to the loads.The structure and the functions of the SCADA system are studied.
