东北电网混杂自动电压控制的研究

摘    要:针对中国东北500kV电网的实际运行和调度情况,将混杂控制系统引入电力系统的电压控制,提出了东北电网混杂自动电压控制(HAVC)方案,建立了混杂分层电压控制模型,采用离散事件作为驱动主体,并可以实现复合指标调控。该控制方案可以提高东北电网的电压控制水平,增强电网抗扰动能力,改善电压稳定性,合理分配无功,减少网络损耗;并且由于系统控制目标分配至各控制层,通过离散事件来驱动控制,可降低优化问题的求解难度,提高运算效率,并能有效地利用现有技术条件,因此可实现性较好。计算机仿真研究证明了所提出和设计的控制系统、策略和方法的有效性。

Abstract:The concept and method of hybrid control systems are introduced into the power system's voltage control to realize the hybrid automatic voltage control ( HAVC) system of Northeast China power grid. A new hybrid layered voltage control model is set up, the discrete events are taken as the drives of the systems, and the synthetic objects' control is achieved. The HAVC method can not only improve the power system's dynamic performance and voltage stability, but also reduce the losses of the power grid. According to the new method and considering the actual status of the power system, the proposed HAVC system is easy to be realized. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by the results of computer simulation.
