摘    要:可再生能源的随机性和不确定性使得电网运行环境异常复杂,对配电网电能质量产生很大影响。为解决配电网电能质量问题,首先利用态势感知技术,在广域时空范围内,对涉及配电网电能质量变化的各类信息元素进行采集、理解与预测,准确有效地掌握电能质量变化态势;其次,在精准预测电能质量未来变化趋势基础上,通过对微电网变流器主动运行决策模式的控制,来改善配电网电能质量。文中提出了电网与微电网变流器之间的信息交互架构,利用马尔可夫决策过程建模知识,建立了变流器态势感知与主动运行决策马尔可夫决策模型,并提出先进变流器控制策略,以实现对配电网的态势感知与最优运行模式决策,为解决电网电能质量控制提供了更多有效的手段,保证了配电网的安全可靠运行。

Abstract:The randomness and uncertainty of renewable energy make the operation environment of power grid extremely complicated and power quality of distribution network greatly affected. To solve the problem, we need to use situational awareness technology of distribution network in the wide temporal and spatial range to collect, understand, predict all kinds of information elements involving the power quality changes so as to accurately and effectively grasp the trend of change in power quality. Then, by controlling the proactive operation decision modes of the inverter, the power quality of distribution network is ensured based on the change situation in power quality. The architecture of information interaction between grid and micro-grid inverter is proposed, and the Markov decision process modeling knowledge is used to establish the Markov decision model for the inverter with situation awareness and proactive operation function, with control strategies for advanced inverter put forward. This decision method can provide more effective means to manage the power quality of power grid and guarantee safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.
