组态软件通信接口在DCS仿真界面设计中的应用

摘    要:在阐述了工控组态软件对外通信接口体系结构的基础上,提出了一个开发集散控制系统(DCS)仿真操作界面的新方法。该方法使用工控组态软件的图形功能实现DCS仿真界面模型的建立和操作,DCS仿真界面与DCS流程动态数学模型之间通过动态数据交换(DDE)和OPC(OLE for process control)接口进行通信,通过定制ActiveX控件来丰富特殊的DCS界面元素。

Abstract:A new method of developing distributed control system (DCS) simulation operation contact interface is proposed based on describing the system structure of the exterior communication interface for the industrial control configuration software. The method uses the graph function of the industrial control configuration software to realize the establishment and operation of the DCS simulation contact interface model. The DCS simulation interface communicates with the dynamic mathematical model of the DCS flow via the dynamic data exchange DDE and the OLE for process control (OPC) interface. Custom-made ActiveX controls enrich the special DCS interface element.
