摘    要:以虚拟电厂作为分布式能源的能量管理方式,在具有大规模分布式光伏的虚拟电厂中围绕储能系统的三方面作用对其配置进行求解。首先基于虚拟电厂运行模型分析了储能系统的需求响应、削峰填谷和提高电压质量作用,然后结合各分布式能源的数学模型搭建了经济、网供和电压子目标函数,从而构建了储能系统的优化配置模型,模型中包含储能系统调度和储能系统优化目标函数,在确保每种配置的作用充分发挥的同时筛选出体现储能系统三方面作用的最优配置,最后将目标函数归一化后采用混合整数线性规划和粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解。仿真结果验证了所提模型的可行性,并得出了权重改变会对配置结果产生影响及最优配置为三方面作用相互协调结果的结论。

Abstract:Taking virtual power plant (VPP) as the energy management of the distributed energy resources (DER), this paper aims at optimizing allocation of energy storage system (ESS) in VPP with a high penetration of photovoltaic generation. In order to build the optimal allocation model, the role of ESS in VPP are described including demand response, load shifting and improvement of voltage quality. After building mathematical models of DER, sub-goals like economic, grid-supplied power and voltage are constructed. Then, the optimal allocation model composed by ESS scheduling and ESS optimizing objective functions is presented. One objective is to ensure that the storage system is always in a state of optimal scheduling and the other is used to pick out the optimal allocation of ESS. The model is solved by mixed integer linear programming and particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed model. It is concluded that the optimization result is affected by weight factors and related to the role of ESS.
